Crop pages

Drag the box handles to set the visible crop area. Applied per page, range, or all.

Crop hides — it doesn't delete. Content outside the box stays inside the PDF and can be recovered by anyone who reopens it. For permanent removal, use content black-out (redaction) — that's on the roadmap.

How to crop PDF pages

Change the visible page area by applying a crop box; cropping hides content but does not permanently remove it.

  1. 01Add a PDF and select the page you want to preview.
  2. 02Move or resize the crop box, then choose the current page, a range, or every page.
  3. 03Apply the crop box and download the updated PDF.
